The processing of your personal data by BHM is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", and other generally applicable provisions of law.

c. answering your enquiries using the contact form available at: bhm-ui.com (the basis of processing in this regard is art. 6 section 1 item a) of GDPR – a voluntarily given consent to the processing of personal data);
d. recruitment of individuals interested in working for or cooperation with BHM (the basis of processing in this regard is art. 6 section 1 item a) of GDPR – a voluntarily given consent to the processing of personal data);
e. ensuring IT security of the website, for analytical and statistical purposes (the basis of processing in this regard is art. 6 section 1 item f) of GDPR – the legitimate interest of BHM in ensuring the proper functioning of the website).

5. If the processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing undertaken based on your consent before its withdrawal.

7. Regarding the processing of your personal data by BHM, you are entitled to:

a. the right of access to your personal data;
b. the right to rectify your personal data;
c. the right to delete or restrict the processing of your personal data;
d. the right to request that your personal data be transferred to a different Controller;
e. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data - where the processing of your personal data is based on consent you have previously given;
f. the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa), whenever you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

8. Your data will be stored for the period stated:

a. where personal data are processed based on your consent – by the time you withdraw your consent or by the time of fulfillment of the intended purpose;
b. for processing of personal data for marketing purposes – no longer than until the intended purpose is fulfilled or the provided consent is withdrawn.
c. where personal data are processed for the purpose of recruitment – until the end of the recruitment procedure. If you agree to participate in future recruitment processes, your data will be stored for 6 months or by the time you withdraw your consent.
d. Where personal data are processed for the performance of a contract concluded with contracting parties – by the time of expiry of limitation periods related to the performance of the concluded contract;

9. Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area. However, BHM wishes to assure you that it uses the appropriate legally required instruments to ensure an adequate level of security for the transfer of your personal data.
