Modern solutions and management in sewing department

Due to the complexity, specialization, scale of production and applied solutions, we have several extensive departments at BHM. One of these is the sewing room. This department employs mostly females. It should be noted, however, that this is not only so!

Particularly noteworthy is the modern machinery park. The entire 600-meter hall is reserved exclusively for the processing of fabrics. The machine park includes sewing machines, overlocks and a cutter. Management according to the "5S" rule of the "Lean management" concept maximizes efficiency, improves ergonomics and creates a friendly work environment.

The first stage of production at this place, i.e. verification and evaluation of fabrics, belongs to the Warehouse Warehouseman for sewing and cutting. It should be noted that these positions are practically the entirety of the male staff of this department. Gentlemen's participation is enforced not only by health and safety standards but also by the company's policy aimed at equal treatment. “Unicut One - The AllComp 5”, which the sewing room is equipped with, offers one of the largest workspaces available on the market.

Thanks to this, BHM guarantees a perfect, fast and clean cut of each individual element, while minimizing waste and ensuring perfect repeatability. With such patterns and trained employees, it is possible to obtain perfect shape, fit and stitching.
